Community and Organizational Development:
Facilitation, Planning and Coaching

Services:

  1. Facilitation: Work with communities and organizations to assist them in the process of developing ideas, plans and purpose.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop organizational foundations – identity, mission, values, and vision. Work with communities and organizations to assess and build on community interest and involvement, and set objectives for outcomes, leadership and resource development
  3. Evaluation: Work with organizations to measure and assess programs, leadership and board development.
  4. Resource Development: Develop teams, plans and proposals to raise funds, increase involvement, and leverage resources.
  5. Program Development: Work with organizations to create programs addressing community needs involving stakeholder participation, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  6. Management Coaching: Work with leadership to implement programs, manage staff, finances and governance.

Related Experience:

World Renew (Sierra Leone, West Africa) – Provided strategic planning, staff and program development, as well as resource and board development for Christian Extension Services. Involves travel to the region several times a year.

Indigenous Chamber of Commerce – Board member

John Howard Society – Provided strategic planning services

Stroke Recovery Association of Manitoba – Provided strategic planning and organizational development services.
