• Business Planning: Develop with the organization or the entrepreneur comprehensive business plans covering product/service, HR, marketing, management, production/operations, SWOT, financing and financial statements.
• Financing: Work with the business to develop a clear plan for how to access financing required to make the Business Plan operational.
• Management Consulting: Work directly with leadership to manage any and all aspects of the business.
